Pre-orders for Elon Musk's Starlink broadband service are now available in India for about Rs 7000.

Starlink, SpaceX's satellite-based internet service backed by Elon Musk, is now available for pre-order in India for $99 (roughly Rs 7000). Indian users are predicted to have access to the internet in 2022, thanks to satellites launched into orbit by SpaceX.

It is currently undergoing beta tests. Via Starlink's website, any user can check the availability of services in their area. "Starlink is available to a limited number of users per coverage area at this time. Orders will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis" according to Starlink's website.

Users in India who are interested in pre-booking their Starlink broadband will pay a deposit of $99 (roughly Rs 7000). This money is refundable, according to the firm. Users will verify if the service is accessible by entering their city and zip code.

Starlink's Maharashtra website currently states that coverage will be available in your region in 2022, but that access is limited. The orders will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, according to the company.

Users are routed to an information page after pressing the Order Now button, where they must input information such as their first and last names, phone number, and email address. Users may now be asked to submit their credit card information in order to make a $99.00 deposit.
